“Only when Shiva is united with Shakti does he have the power to create” In Shiva Pindi the upper vertical part is called as Linga which is a symbol of shiva who is worshipped as a universal father which can be compared with the permenant magnetic bar of electricity generation and base part of the same is called as Yoni which is a symbol of Shakti or Devi worshipped as Univarsal devine Mother, in the Yoni part of Pindi which can be resembled with coil of wire induce a current of electricity with two nodes positive & negative or phase and neutral like wire coil of generator which doesn’t joined together.

The same way Divine Mother is a basic Cosmic energy which creats, preserves and destructs , ‘Shakti’ cosmic energy manifest into duality like good & bad, male & female, light & dark, joy and sorrows, height and depth etc. Its is like as electricity can not be produced without +ve & -ve the same way there can not be creation of universe without duality , there must be something in opposition to give it distinction and identity thus source of all visible and invisible aspects is union of Shiva-Shakti. Only magnetic bar or only coil can not produce electricity same therefore it is said Shiva- Shakti are incomplete without each other, Shiva’s dance which is a principle of Cosmic Consciousness in a seed form that is represented by OM which stirred itself into action as a cosmic thought can be resembled with the magnetic bar movement, if the dance is stopped, creation is stopped as with the pause of magnetic bar creation of current stops.
